Website Analytics

This website uses PostHog to understand which pages people visit, so we can improve the site. This switch controls website analytics in this browser only. The iOS app has its own analytics switch in Profile > Privacy & Data (see our Privacy Policy for how app data is handled).

Analytics are not currently active in your browser -- there is nothing to opt out of right now.

This switch does not turn off Sentry error reports or Sentry session replay on this website. Session replay records 10% of visits and every visit where an error happens, and it masks all text and form inputs and blocks images and video.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We automatically honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends this signal, we start you out opted out of website analytics -- you don't need to do anything else on this page for that to take effect.

California and Other US State Privacy Rights

If you're a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We don't sell personal information. If you saw ProAct's explanation and allowed tracking in the app, ProAct's server sends Meta your trial start and first payment, as described below, which California law may treat as "sharing". To opt out, decline tracking in Apple's prompt, or turn it off anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. ProAct learns of the change the next time you open the app. Until then, if your free trial turns into a paid subscription, that one payment may still be shared. The toggle above is how you control website analytics sharing with PostHog.

• Website analytics (PostHog): controlled by the toggle on this page, and automatically opted out if your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
• App analytics (PostHog): controlled by the analytics switch in the app under Profile > Privacy & Data.
• Advertising (Meta): Only if you saw ProAct's explanation and then allowed tracking in Apple's prompt, ProAct's server tells Meta when you start a free trial and when you make your first payment (with its price), using your device's advertising identifier and Meta's Limited Data Use mode. Renewals are never shared. Each event also includes your iPhone model and iOS version, which Meta requires. ProAct never shares your health data with Meta, and these events never include your IP address. If you decline, ProAct sends Meta nothing about you. Apple may still tell Meta, without identifying you, how many installs and subscriptions each ad campaign produced. You can turn this off anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. ProAct learns of the change the next time you open the app. Until then, if your free trial turns into a paid subscription, that one payment may still be shared. ProAct has turned off RevenueCat's own Meta integration, so our subscription provider, RevenueCat, sends nothing to Meta itself. The app has no Meta or Facebook SDK. We measure ad results through Apple's SKAdNetwork, which shares no personal information with ProAct or Meta. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what is and isn't shared.

Other states (for example Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia) have similar opt-out rights, and we apply the same controls above regardless of which state you're in -- we don't geofence these choices to California only.

Deleting Your Data

The ProAct app collects health data (attack logs, biometrics) that this website does not have access to. To delete that data, use the account deletion option in the app: go to Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete Account. If you have an active subscription or free trial, you need to cancel your subscription or trial in iOS Settings first. Deletion requests go through a 7-day waiting period during which you can cancel, and full details of what is deleted are in our Privacy Policy.
